NEWS RELEASE

dot com concludes re-development project in Antigua

BUFFALO, NY: MAY 12, 1999 - dot com Entertainment Group, Inc. ("DCEG" or "dot com") (OTCBB: DCEG) announces that it has finalized a software re-development engagement with the CyberBingo Corporation of St. John's, Antigua, resulting in certain changes being implemented that significantly change the way in which this client operates its accounting systems.

Effective today, dot com has engineered changes to The CyberBingo Corporation's cash balance and credit systems offering this client the ability to charge flat ticket prices for multi-ticket suites. These changes also allow the CyberBingo Corporation to introduce single card games at reduced ticket prices, allowing for increased player volumes at lower prices in all of its on-line software offerings.

dot com is pleased to successfully re-engineer, install and implement this new accounting system at its client site in Antigua without any downtime or service interruptions. "We continue to make positive improvements to our CyberBingo™ software systems and the systems that will support our other on-line entertainment software products, soon to be released " said Scott White, President "Our desire is to become increasingly aggressive in providing support, maintenance and related services to clients in this new business sector and providing as much choice as possible to the end-consumer who enjoys our software offerings".

dot com's seamless re-development of client systems is further evidence of its ability to move quickly to make improvements and generate increased player options. It is also evidence of the company's ambition to design and develop software products and systems which will be viewed internationally as the most technically current and player-friendly games on the Internet.

The .com website can be visited at www.dceg.com. This site has links to the CyberBingo™ game system (www.cyberbingo.net), which operates 24 hours per day, 220 times per day, and is played by players from countries throughout the world. .com plans to expand its Internet and commercial software product base in 1999 to become a leading provider of Internet entertainment software products and services.
