CYOE warrants: can you explain?

can you explain why the settlement would cause the stock to settle at $9.00? What guarantee is behind the stock then?

Thanks

I think the only reason I can figure why they would care about the warrants would be because they'll probably use BS (Black-Scholes) to calculate the value of the warrants. Then the attorneys would take their 1/3 fee in cash based on that value. Unless someone thinks the plaintiff's attornies will take warrants?

Anyway, it just looks like a trading range to me, regardless of the reason behind it.
