I agree, he is so full of it that he is turning brown just like Mr Hanky. SFE is scheduled to present at the Prudential investor conference on wed. Good news is still ahead..

Hey PCKL,

I'm not a big fan of TA, but perhaps a better use of this board's space would be a valid critique of TA, with some examples, rather than an attack. You can save that for the Yahoo board.

As for michael potter, how do you know he's not a millionaire running his own fund?

I like to see everyone's opinion stated clearly, not just hype, attacks and drivel. Post wisely; post well!

You are entitled to your opinion, but first... Did you go back to every post made since Dec. '97 and look at every actual buy or sell recommendation, then plot them against where the stock was and its subsequent performance? SI records these posts in real time, there is no going back and changing. For example, todays buy was not posted after the stock was $82. It was posted within 5 minutes of actual buy and latest quote [real time] was $76 5/8. Actual fill was $76 3/4. This is the norm, to post immediately upon a significant change of opinion, especially where action has been taken. The record stands for itself. "If TA is so useful, why aren't you a millionaire or running your own fund?" How do you know that I or anyone is not a millionaire? That is private information, but I will say, that since age 40, nine years ago, have not had to report to anyone and the freedom to continue my chosen lifestyle is far more important than any possible extra millions and pressure running a fund could possibly be worth. I don't just talk about the market, I make a living from it yet, life is not all about maximum income at any personal cost. Feel free to disagree to the fullest extent, but it is most helpful to give reasons, point out flaws in logic, or analysis with specifics, or give counterpoints based on reason, logic, or facts so that we all might come to conclusions based on the best information available. This forum will not be turned into the kind of board seen elsewhere. Mike
