Jaime,

I tried to be as specific as possible in my post over the weekend as to how I thought this scenario may play out (which btw, means very little with what may EVENTUALLY happen). But let me say again that I seriously doubt that we're about to see a BK. I think we are more inclined to see some serious volatility prior to the FED's decision on rates. I say that because of how I believe the patterns developed these past couple of months in stocks like GM, DELL and INTC will ultimately resolve themselves. Plus I almost forgot that most of these high tech stocks have huge short positions established. So after any short term weakness we could see an explosive move higher. The market still has an opportunity to melt UP to higher prices. Right now however, we need to see a big rally in the NAZ. And I would agree with you that it has to at least start and hold those prices to the close on Friday - right through the data on the CPI and PPI.

So I am looking for either strength or weakness to become more pronounced as the week goes by.

Regards,

SO
