By my reckoning, TD closed $1(C) higher on the NYSE today than it did on the TSE, i.e. closing price New York: $53.75US x 1.46 = $78.475C. Closing price TSE = $77.45.
Expect the arbitrageurs to move in and close this gap, so I would hope TSE opens at least a dollar higher tomorrow. Could go the other way, I suppose, but I am hopeful that US investors have started to take the lead and will now establish an upward trend. Volume is still very light though.
