Dave, I think you should call and speak with John Folgers as I did this morning. He very graciously explained to me all the particulars of the 504, warrants issued, float,etc. As I am not as knowledgeable as you and other investors on this thread might, I hesitate to relate what John Folgers told me as I might be incorrect in my translation. He returned my call within an hour as I am sure he will do for you also. To continue to harass Jeff, seems to be needless as the information you are wanting and then some is readily available.
