I was reviewing SEC filings for BAOA and their last 10-K was a year ago, (so another one must be coming out very soon). Came across an interesting paragraph in the April 1998 10-K:

"In February 1997, the company entered into an agreement with Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. for business advisory services. The agreement covers a two year period and provides the issuance of 100,000 shares of the Company's common stock per year for services provided. At December 31, 1997, 100,000 shares of common stock at $.10 per share had been issued pursuant to this agreement."

Wonder if Jesse Jackson is helping them in Atlanta?
