For the last year this company has been putting out PR's
that say
Record sales
Record profits
Audit soon
They are always followed by large blocks of stock getting sold.
Last year the number of outstanding shares went from 40 million
to 200 million and then suffered a 1 for 60 reverse split.
This year we are getting the same PR's as last year, I suspect
the number of outstanding shares are going up as well.
Like Mr Jens said, someone needs to call the transfer agent!
