I actually traded CCO through Merrill Lynch years ago and I even carried a large position in CCO in a ML Account through 1998. Their commissions were always outrageous, approaching ten percent on some small trades. I no longer have any connection with them. It sounds like their service is also getting pretty bad for the retail investor if you just got the CCO Annual Report today. Of course you have known since early February about the O&GJ Article since that information was published here at SI.
