I agree, Don...I mixed in a little short and medium-term analysis there without stating which was which!

PS - Don, do you watch European long rates at all? They, too have jumped a bit - although they just recently lowered rates and the European economies are not exactly projected to blow anyone away with strong growth or inflation.
The German Bund future looks like headed down to the 114.00 level, where I have the long-term support line. We will probably make a test of the 113.80-114 level. If we hold, the longer-term downtrend in Euro rates is intact (which fundamental data would justify). But it looks like we would head into very rough waters if that support were broken. It also looks like we are forming a big, rising H&S on the daily chart. Start of first shoulder in July 1998. This might be something to watch along with the t-bonds.
