I'll eat my hat if he offers as much as $20. In fact, I would be surprised if he buys the company at all. He has caused the price to be higher than it otherwise would be by his recent buying, but has not been able to acquire a material amount of what he does not own. If he was interested in buying the company he would have been better off buying no stock over the last year.
