This deal was in the works for a long time involving Pamco gas and oil pumping technology along with gas well leases. Dan Kesonen was side swiped by low commodity price and last winter everything ground to a halt. But it is obvious now that Dan was Elephant Hunting and he's bagged a beauty. I don't think he would have shown his hand before all the lose ends where tied up. Also a good source claims there's a lot bigger things on the way. If you are thinking of buying in tomorrow be very careful with at market orders.
