Managed to squeak out a gain at the close. Very healthy trading pattern - can you imagine we're now complaining about VVUS "being held under 5 1/2"? A few months ago we were complaining about being unable to stay above $3. If you look at the charts, we're getting nice steady appreciation in stock price - today on very nice volume, to boot. Bollinger Bands tightening up again, just like when we were trading sub $3. Probably a few more days of this consolidation, and then another 50% run on the next major announcement (PE patent/milestone payment/upgrade). NOW is the time for extreme patience. Remember, almost no downside risk for the next two months til they walk Leland again. Joe
