John, today was the court hearing to settle the DNA class action suit. Some on Anthony's thread were speculating that the price was elevated to make the warrants that are part of the settlement seem to have more value. An interesting coinkydink at least.

"Diana investors who sued, claiming the company's stock price was artificially manipulated, would receive about 27 cents in cash and a stock warrant for each share of Diana they owned if the proposed class action lawsuit settlement is approved next month."

I unfortunately increased my short at $6-1/2 to a full position -- floydie's postings about three weeks ago panicked me into believing that it would be my last chance, sigh. Now I can only sit back and watch others smoothly roll into their positions at better prices.

As to who knows how long it can stay inflated, who knows? It might Zona (if I may coin a verb) tomorrow, or it might take a few years to Zitl.

John my guess is that someone is trying to hold up the stock. Andreini bought another 25k in April according to the form 4 filed with the SEC today. Got all his shares in the mid 5's.
