My take is that they know that CYOE is a dead, and a fraud, if the lawyers go after CYOE to the hilt, the company is dust, and there is nothing to split up. What they appear to be doing is take there fees and leave a something left, by doing this they can claim to be leaving potential value if the stock goes up, where there is no value if they kill the company.

But when I see the phrase "add value the was not going to be there" you got to wonder if the lawyers are just as bad as CYOE? Wow did you see what I just typed.

What we need is someone who can find out the results before the judge today.
