On May 10, CBS.MarketWatch.com misidentified Ericsson as the
owner of the Code Division Multiple Access technology unit of
Qualcomm. Ericsson (ERICY: news, msgs) is buying the unit from
Qualcomm (QCOM: news, msgs) and has received anti-trust approval.

On May 3, CBS.MarketWatch.com provided the wrong circulation
figure for The New York Times (NYT), which has about 1.06 million
readers.

On April 29, CBS.MarketWatch.com reported incorrect losses posted
by Petroglyph (PGEI). The company reported a first-quarter loss of
$329,000, or 6 cents a share, compared to a loss of $139,000 or 3 cents
a share during the same period a year ago.

Due to a mechanical error, several unrelated headlines inadvertently
appeared along with news for Artificial Life (ALIF), DuPont (DD) and
StaffMark (STAF) on April 28. They have been deleted.
CBS.MarketWatch.com apologizes to the companies and our readers
for any confusion.

On April 27, CBS.MarketWatch.com cited the wrong quarter when
referring to previous-quarter revenues reported by MindSpring
Enterprises (MSPG). Revenue in the first quarter rose to $61.6 million,
compared with $39.5 million in the fourth quarter of 1998. Last year's
first-quarter revenue was $21.3 million.

On April 27, CBS.MarketWatch.com incorrectly described Airborne
Freight Corp. (abf). The company specializes in air-express shipping.

On April 26, CBS.MarketWatch.com incorrectly described the recent
merger of Wells Fargo (WFC) and Norwest. Norwest bought Wells
Fargo, although the bank retained the Wells Fargo name.

In a headline on April 22, CBS.MarketWatch.com quoted an Intel
executive as saying the chipmaker was in a content-sharing pact with Data
Broadcasting. Data Broadcasting (DBCC) said it has an "agreement in
principle" to use Intel's (INTC) Web-hosting services to the extent they
are cost-effective. Data Broadcasting holds a large interest in
MarketWatch.com, the publisher of this Web site.

On April 21, CBS.MarketWatch.com incorrectly stated Granite
Broadcasting's expectations for revenue growth. The story should have
said the television station group (GBTVK) sees first-quarter advertising
sales at its WB affiliates rising 20 percent from prior year totals.

On April 21, CBS.MarketWatch.com incorrectly reported that Ikos
Systems missed second-quarter earnings estimates. Ikos (IKOS) beat the
consensus estimate by 1 cent a share.
