Bruce, if I can interject. I've seen a posting that QCharts can actually run from a 9600baud modem. Obviously, the initial startup will be slower, but it is possible. Regards, Dan.

The highest ever I seen was 2.0 - 2.2k /sec.. When the choices are; 1. no internet during market hours. 2. internet access during market hours with wireless only. Then option 2 works well when using QCharts as long as you don't flood your screen with alot of charts and stock symbols <g> If so, then you get more lag... Seems to be the best data feed for low bandwidth situations... I'm sold.. Pirate
