Janice has not been served, or at least had not last I knew. They can still proceed against Jeff and Bill, who have been served. Of course, Jeff and Bill claim that Janice is a necessary party and move for dismissal is she isn't served, then they try to claim service is impossible, etc....

On foreclosure, I do know our law, but it's a statutory procedure here -- there is no common law foreclosure in Washington, so I can't be of help to you.
