C. McD,

Are there any other sources outside of the company that could be consulted regarding how close ANYI is to going to trade? Would the SEC or the OTC exchange answer questions on this matter? Just a thought. It would be nice to get information from a source outside of the company. I'm still long ANYI/BANY but am getting nervous with the rest of you.

I've been holding my original position since December and have added to it since then. I own a lot of shares. A lot. I'm still showing a modest gain with where BANY is currently trading. But I've had it. Way to much going on in the Market to wait any longer. I'm giving Sitra and Co. til Friday morning to fill us in on what in hell is going on or I'm selling everything. Good luck to all.
