Yes that's pretty much the picture, some more downside,
then the FED doesn't raise rates and DELL's earnings
are good, enough reason for $$ to flow back to techland.
But some more downside first.

I hope you are right and indeed Dell has not been given the respect it deserves. It is long over due for Dell to be in the Sun again.
