William, no offense but I have looked at most of your picks. There is always more speculation that fact .. I like those that have a little more meat and potatoes to them. If all you got is speculation trying to convince the internet then that is fine. I prefer different plays from people I know have good contacts and typically solid DD on the internet and off. The DD I provide was fact ... you donot aggree then that speaks for itself. I do not really want to look at NWRE to be prefectly honest with you.. :-) GB
