I suspect we are seeing some of the early early stock that was issued at $.25-.50/sh two to three years ago. Today Bloomberg reported the filing for sale of 117,000 shares by NWT Nominees LTD in England. Who are these guys? With the Internet stocks sort of waffling, I suspect investors who are not part of the new program (and may not understand it) or may not have read info on how MFSI, now GLBN, is remaking itself. These guys are bailing out, since they have a good profit. These older investors are going to be a source of supply for new investors who want to own this stock for its Internet potential. It will be interesting to see how fast the new owners take up the older owners stock. That supply/demand equation will determine in the short run the trading volatility.
When the trading vehicle/software (ECN) gets announced (this summer?, this week?) I hope even these older investors will understand the "ka ching! ka ching!" sound of the cash register ringing everytime someone trades a stock through GLBN. Something tells me that those "older investors" don't visit Silicon Investor, however, so it may take a while for them to "git it".
