According to a NPR commentary several weeks ago, the Finnish doctors who investigated the Racak "massacre" couldn't identify whether or not the dead were Albanians or Serbs. Also, they said they could NOT use the word massacre. Could have been a set up by either side.

I think we need an investigation by neutrals (Swiss, Swedes, Finns, etc. come to mind) to determine the extent of all war crime allegations for all sides (Serbs, KLA, NATO, etc.). Too much Orwellian talk on all sides and there is only that much one can define <<IS>>.
Remember the Katyn Forrest when Stalin blamed it on the Germans only for the IRC to determine clearly that Russian bullets were used to kill over 11,000 Polish officers. It's only now that some mass murders committed by the Soviet troops are coming to light in Eastern Europe but not much press coverage in the West. Also, Operation Keehaul!
