I've just read the Delphi thread story about their mgmt going on road to sell delphi story to mutual funds, brokers etc. A sexy story on fuel cells would obviously help that process. They talk about a TV ad that has a bunch of scientists supposedly working on futuristic things to do with vehicles.
Here's the URL for that story.

The rights are trading with the common shares, until separation is triggered as specified in the NR (see below). You have therefore traded your rights away with any shares that you sold last Friday.

"The rights are not exercisable until separation time,
whereupon the rights will separate from the common shares and trade
independently. Separation time occurs on the eighth trading day from the
earlier of i) the acquisition by a party, other than pursuant to a permitted
bid, of 20% or more of outstanding and issued Global Thermoelectric common
shares and ii) the date of announcement of intent to make a takeover bid other
than a permitted bid."
