I think his 'Trading System's and Methods',[3rd ed., 1998] is worth a close look<< I recently bought this book because of his chapter on point and figure charting. He and Zieg were way ahead of the curve on developing P&F techniques. Anyway Bob, I ended up reading many portions of the book because it was very interesting, especially those sections dealing with testing trending systems, results, etc. One of the breakout systems he discussed was what he described as an N-Day Breakout, which is briefly explained. Have you reviewed/studied a N-Day breakout system Bob? (anybody?). Btw, in Kaufman's interview in TAOS&C he made it clear that the breakout system was the way to go. Take care, Eric
