The points that ACT raises in its release are all very positive. My initial reaction is very bullish. I looked at CMCI once-upon-a-long-time-ago, but never invested. + This will diversify their customer base. + This will diversify their management base. + This will make them more diversified geographically. * Hudson MA * Atlanta GA * Dublin Ireland * Corinth MS * Santa Clara CA * Hermosillo Mexico * Huntsville AL * Taipei Taiwan + This gives ACT their much-sought-after West Coast presence. + Nearly 1 million sq feet of combined capacity. + Common equipment (easier to integrate operations). + It provides ACT an entree to volume contract manufacturing (rather than only having their boutique-style manufacturing). Only obvious downside is that it won't be accretive until CY2000. Rob
