geez.. all this talk about PLCO and PLCOP and hardly any mention of the W's.. well.. remember.. PLCOW Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of Series E Preferred Stock at a price of $5.00 for a period of four years commencing one year from the date the Offering closes (the "Closing Date"). IMO warrants are as undervalued as the P's.. I understand most people dont like warrants though.. they are quite volatile, but therein lies the highest potential %'age increases...
