Annette, I was patched thru to the CFO and had a good chat with him. A couple of good points for us (I think). a) The IPO is progressing as fast as possible considering that NAVR must deal with a government agency, the SEC. b) Road show show can't start until the SEC approves the IPO and they are now reviewing the S1a. (Of course we knew that) The impression that I got was that he is even more ready to get the show on the road than we are. c) There will be NEWS RELEASES soon after the go ahead from the SEC. d) We did discuss the possibility of another S1a being required. The SEC has changed the requirements for the S1's and S1a's. It seems that they now require them written in plain english, whatever that is. In my job, I have dealt with the government and government writing. Believe me when I say that no one in the reviewing process will be comfortable with this new style of writing until several have been approved. Not necessarily what I wanted to hear, but much better that anticipated. :o) Techie
