it is people like you who give American a bad name.

Tim,

unfortunately it goes both ways.

For the Chinese leadership to sanction anti-american demonstrations in a cynical attempt to deflect attention from the anniversary of one of most brutal moments in their public history gives their whole nation a "bad name".

The Chinese octagenarian leadership have essentially been telling the US to kiss their collective asses for years.

What's a real shame is that most people in both countries can learn to get along and live and let live. But you get these powermeisters politicos who try to manipuate their citizenry for their own political ends.

Folks seem to forget the substantial support that both Russia and China provided N. Vietnam. Support that resulted in many US lives being lost fighting off Hanoi's blatant aggression.

I don't hate Chinese... Hell, I don't hate anyone. What I hate is what they do in trying to destroy any semblance of peace and stability in this world.

The Spratly Islands are a perfect example of how China doesn't mind bullying small nations as well, namely the Phillipines.

Regards,

Ron
