It all makes sense when you remember that in Alex. Brown-speak, 'strong buy' means 'buy', 'buy' means 'sell', and all other ratings translate to 'will rate strong buy for underwriting business'. Thus, the change on Dell is not a raised opinion so much as it is an admission that they're not getting any banking business, so they might as well put a 'buy' (sell) on it. <g> -mb

Alex Brown raised opinion on Dell...Dell went up...Maybe I should go back to being a bull...this looks very easy <g>...Does anyone have that directory for daytrading courses ?
