Stock mover, just keep doing what you're doing. Best not to say
much so as not to jinx this stock.

Gottfried

I think perhaps you ought to change your moniker to "StockMover", you are a dream come true! Two days in a row, whoa nellie, we're gonna get some vertigo.

While we're euphoric, though, I want to go back to a question you asked last week, i.e., if I "honestly" thought QNTM has a shot at 27 or 28 this year. Actually, I think that it has a shot at [whisper softly] at anywhere between 35 and 55 in the coming year, meaning here, the next 12-14 months, not necessarily this calendar year. I make that distinction because it may be an odd autumn as we all await whatever surprises Y2K brings. And with QNTM itself, the Jan 00 report will be an interesting one, as they should at that time show that (a) they are well in the black with their high end drive business, (b) their recently announced DLT8000 should have an excellent quarter (we hope), making the transition to SDLT relatively painless, (c) the results of the beta tests for SDLT should be in, and we should have a launch date for the volume ramp, and (d) we should know substantially more about their network appliance/storage system plans, and get a feel for roadmaps and revenue/profit possibilities. If all of these things work out successfully, the stock has enormous potential. On the other hand, if they stumble, they could easily be stuck at this price same time next year.

We'll have to see.

In the meantime, keep up your good work!
Best wishes,
Sam

May I say for many on this thread from today's action - Hoorray! Not that I am getting ahead of things here, just nice to see this stock close at it's "former" bottom.
