I know Rob, trying to figure the price fluctuations of any stock
is hard enough but after all these years seeing CCO move up recently
nicely on decent volume and then down on an equal amount is giving
me indigestion..(a Maalox moment). I always remember people saying...
"watch for those 100Kplus days with CCO." I am wondering if any
Wall Street oil/gas analysts or any newsletter writers saw that
Oil and Gas article? Are people just shying away until some
concrete results come out of the upcoming court proceedings?

I called the PR guy in Boston and He said the trial was still on schedule as far as he knew and the oral arguments are scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday, the 12th). I suppose some conclusions can be drawn from whatever happens there tomorrow so we could have a little volatility, justified or not. Most likely it will be a non event unless they announce a settlement <G>. Actually, there are some unverified rumors...(but aren't there always?)
I faxed the PR guy that article from the Panama NewHerald where Moore mentioned my figure of $100 Billion <G>. The Pr guy always thought that Curzio was crazy when He was talking about One Billion Dollars (or slightly more). The Pr guy doesn't have much of a sense of humor.
