Regarding insider sales, I noticed in BAOA's April 1998 10-K filing that outside consultants are paid in shares. Most of these insider sales are not for large dollar amounts and appear to me to be consultants filing their shares for sale so they can be paid for their services. (Since these have to be filed in advance, they may be kicking themselves right now).

The other insider sale is for Johnny Thomas and it looks to me like this is how he is getting paid to be EVP of the company.

By my calculation, Jesse Jackson may be holding at least 200,000 shares. (I don't notice any insider sales by him. He seems to be holding.) If BAOA is going to make use of his services, with their financing approved and the call centers openings imminent, this would be the time.

My expectation is that once the call center is opened with the normal public fanfare, BAOA's stock's price will greatly benefit.
