And NN says they are in bed with the Germans. Guess NN relationship with germans and siemens not that strong since the german phone company Deutche Telekom won't even buy NN solutions, and pay higher price for csco.

Bell Canada is one of Cisco's largest customers also...guess canadians won't even buy Terry Matthews smoke screen solutions.

Terry tried to get data comm equipment protected with tariff and duties controls in bed with nortel to stop huge inflow of cisco and 3com gear. sory that didn't fly when nortel bailed out with bay net merger. why didn't nortel buy canadian friend NN? guess cisco and bay stuff is better.....keep the "hope NN is acquired investment fantasy alive"

Reality check!!! This thread has more testosterone and one upmanship than the Upjohn Drug Warehouse. It should come as no surprise that someone other than NN has sold some switches.

In a market growing as fast as the internet equipment business, there appears to be more than enough orders for CSCO, NN, NT etc etc. ALL of the switch manufacturers went up today. NN's "CEO's Apology Day Sale" last week wasn't about a lack of orders but rather too many orders too fast.

If you follow this thread, it is so involving and well written that each posting is a life and death event with earth shattering consequences. TRENDS of one event don't mean SQUAT without context. I only write this because for about half an hour today, I found myself getting lost in the intrigue. Good job guys!

IMHO, both CSCO and NN will continue strongly upward. I expect NN to do even better because the sale has ended. Seems to me that shorts would usually find themselves on the Long End of a SHORT ROPE here. Except for the one day sales, the pickings are pretty grim! Keep up the good work...strong reality focus and I'll see you at the Rolls dealer. I did want to know....why is the gorilla female?
