DD - I think what I'm referring to is the fact that you sought to diminish Chomsky as a 'leftist' whereas the opinions of his I referred to, re pro-Israeli bias in the mainstream US media, have nothing to do with his being 'left' or 'right' It seems you are seeking to classify 'left' in a pejorative sense - in the same way as people of the right use the word 'liberal' - or did until fairly recently. What matters are the views expressed. It little matters if I am a Christian, and agnostic, a rightist, or a leftist - the views I express are focused on this subject - and I suspect we should hold this standard for everyone. BTW I'm posting an extract of Chomsky on Kosovar. dd
