Same thing happens in the Democratic Party bastion of Hawaii. If a local kills a haole(white man) it's just a mistake, or the haole had it coming, etc. Makes no difference if the haole was male or female. Now if a white man kills a local, I have seen the cops here scour the planet for years to bring him back to face "justice".

As to assessing the validity of that figure, and the underlying assumption that a white man has not been executed for murdering a black man, I would have to do some research.

Hopefully, the executions of the three white men who dragged a black man to death in Texas, will send a strong message to despicable racists. At the same time, the NATO bombing of Racist Serbia will send a strong message to despicable Slob and Dog face, and all other racist tyrants, that racist ethnic cleansing will not be tolerated by the free world!
