How many of these companies offer unlimited long-distance calling for a flat rate? Without constraints? Since that's not even close to what Metroplus offers in the PR, I'm not sure what you're really asking. If you're talking about the service Metroplus claims to offer (yet no one seems to be able to buy), shoot, you can start with any decent cellular company and work out from there. The fact that they call it "local long distance" should be a clue. :-) Don't all alternate carriers use access numbers? Uhhh...no.
