Uncle Frank - I was only able to monitor the LII until 12:30 today, so I don't know what happened after that. However, it does seem that there is a bias to keep MSFT from rising too fast - there were signs of institutional accumulation of MSFT today - at least until 12:30 (as long as I was able to monitor).

As to manipulation, sure there is some, though not nearly as much as you'd get in a small cap.
