Ron,
If you remember,MUCP dosen't contract to build boxes for spec. They never have in the past, my guess contract announcements are most likely forthcoming,

I just hope they can keep MUCP above the $3.00 mark for 30 days or more, that will be all they need, to apply for a NASDAQ listing. Of course, a major contract announcement sometime in the next 30 days couldn't hurt, :-).
