dollar deal announced.

ThermalTec International (THRM). A merger finalization date
will be given any day by press release. Solar owns the
PCRoomLink which will revolutionize the entire lodging
industry. The business traveler and others will be
able to have instant and uninterrupted internet connec-
tion through a separate wiring system in major hotels
across the country.

Rude-- I think Rosen will take all the time needed to get exactly what he wants. Although the 3 Musketeers would surely enjoy going back to the life of leisure they are probably enjoying this too.

Ever since 5fer was shown the door Rosen has said all methods of buying a CPQ would be available to business and the public so he has fine tuned it to the point the street likes what they see.

What works for GE could work here. Both are huge companies with diverse divisions. Sounds difficult finding 3 to work as a team but once in place they should compliment each other by their individual strong points..
