As a matter of fact, I mainly depend on technicals in my trading, but find FA to be helpful.
For short term market trend, I just feel the market too strong and is no way near a correction.
We have over 1000 points rise in short time and have AG speech and bond yield going higher, on the normal situation we would retreat at least 300 points. If it didn't probably because there are lots that expect it to go much higher.
