(more often than chance would dictate) filled to my detriment given bid/ask quoted prior to my trades and 2. thousands of dollars in commissions, and 3. voluminous academic literature, and 4. contrary to those who continue to pooh pooh equities but offer no better alternative over a long haul not chosen ex post, I'd say: BUY AND HOLD.
