More than 1.5 million shares of Dimethaid Research have changed hands in the past three trading sessions, and the stock price has climbed 32 per cent. Dimethaid has been touting its Pennsaid topical lotion for osteoarthritis pain relief and expects to sign a marketing deal by month's end.

Go to www.bigcharts.com...

At this site you can go to the Canadian site and pull up a 10 year chart of any stock. I did this for DMX and it kind of looks like DMX's all time high is about $5.50.

If there is no announcement, then it's hard to say what will happen. It's not like DMX is a huge company that everyone's following, however, with the recent volume, there's probably been increased placement into retail hands who are "buying on rumour and waiting to sell on news". Still, I would suspect it would only be a matter of days before a downturn in price if there's no announcement.
