Dauntless,

If I'm not mistaken I believe one of the analysts asked JP out right if Zonagen expected a denial by the review panel had they not withdrawn the application. I believe JP dodged giving a straight answer to the question. I guess that is why he has been able to keep this POS as high as it has traded for the last 2 years. I like the way he kept spinning the female version of Vasomax.....seems otherwise he will have nothing to talk about for the next year.

Dauntless,

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't you a paid consultant or promoter for Zonagen???

Zona got $57M from 2ry offering, $20M more from Schering-Plo.

JoeP said once that he could run the company forever on the interest of the $57M, some 2 to 5 million a year.

JoeP is running Zona at a burning rate of $20M a year.

Research? FDA expenses? Shares Buyback?

When is he going to stop the burning?

JoeP are you going to run a real company?

Are you just going to keep the burning on?

This is going to less than $1.

Just the type of response I would expect from you. I suppose a "letter of non-approval" doesn't meet your definition of rejection? The FDA will often reject drugs with the stipulation that they will reconsider if additional data is provided. However, these refilings fail more often than not. A truly safe and efficacious drug will always be approved the first time around. As far as I know, the word rejection does not bear a time limit on it. A rejection is a rejection, plain and simple. But I'm sure you'll come up with some way to twist the story in your favor when the reapplication gets rejected too. After all, that is what you get paid for isn't it?

You're pathetic. You can't even admit defeat after both of your legs and arms have been chopped off like that Knight in the movie "The Search for the Holy Grail".
