Property Acquisition Contiguous to Recent Kimberlite Discoveries

Larry Kryska, President, New Blue Ribbon Resources Ltd. (the Company) is pleased to
announce that the company has the option to earn a 100 percent undivided interest
in the Eagle Nest property, located in northeastern Alberta.

The Eagle Nest property is contiguous to the northeast of the
Kennecott-Montello-Redwood joint ventures Legend property which has hosted
several recent kimberlite discoveries. The property consists of four metallic and
industrial minerals permits encompassing approximately 80,000 acres.

As consideration, a total of $75,000 will be paid to the Optionor of which $5,000 was
paid upon signing the agreement, $20,000 within 90 days of receipt of Vancouver
Stock Exchange approval, $25,000 within 12 months of VSE approval, and an
additional $25,000 within 18 months of VSE approval. As further consideration the
Company shall issue 200,000 shares and a bonus of 200,000 shares upon the
discovery of a Kimberlite Pipe on the property. The Company shall expend a minimum
of $150,000 on exploration and development of the property within eighteen (18)
months of Vancouver Stock Exchange approval.

The company believes the Eagle Nest property has a high potential to host diatremes
of kimberlitic affinity. The property is strategically located along the northern flank of
the regionally significant Peace River Arch and on the northeastern edge of the Birch
Mountains. Publicly available information shows drift thickness to vary from bedrock
exposure within the northern part of the property to a few tens of metres within the
southern part.
