My DD confirms that management continues to CLAIM they are "close to" a deal. Guess what? My office is littered with folks who were "close to" a deal, only to have the $$ guys walk. Time is working big time against the Co, and they seem to be totally incapable of closing a deal. Hirsch has been trying--he just can't deliver.These guys have been talking too long. It's starting to look like pure BS to me. My office has closed 2 IPOs and sundry big dollar private placements/finmancings and acquisitions in the time HH can't close--or even get a Letter of INTENT, for God's sake for desperately needed funding. Where's he at now if the $$ folks say: "well harry, we've changed our minds; we want the deal to be 50% richer on our side. And, if you don't accept our twerms, we'll buy your licenses at the Bankruptcy auction'? It's getting too late for HH to have any leverage.
