Wonder if ''Power and Platinum'' users would get first dibs if this is the case. Personally I think that Platinum users should get first shot at ipo's.. sure I'm biased..I am one.. I'm also giving them decent commisions and pmnt for order flow. ARE YOU LISTENING ETRADE???
