Codee, I have talked to John about this, I like you, was wondering about this issue. John told me that at this time, he has put this issue on the back burner. He would rather spend his time with his original gameplan, that of consolidating the wholesale buying club industry. With that said, it makes sense. I would rather see the company's time spent on their original gameplan than getting spread out on something that may or may not happen. Just my opinion, hope this helps. Kevin
