OT: Question about selling strategies.

Maybe some of the more experienced traders can help me on this.

If a stock suddenly takes off for whatever reason, and you want to sell at the highest possible bid, is it better to set a "limit price" or sell "at the market?" What is the best way to maximize profit when selling into a sudden price surge?
