You can freeze the milk. Pour some out of the gallon to allow for expansion. You can even freeze the eggs. I think you have to separate the eggs and put them in tupperwares. Joy of Cooking. I have never done so, but I have frozen bread, bagels, and butter, and they came out fine. Custard. French vanilla ice cream.
